Day 26 - Evaluate Your Energy - Empowered Well-Being

Energy is not just physical - it’s mental and emotional.

As Einstein said, “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”

Certain people, activities, and tasks can either fuel or deplete your reserves. Consider the relationships, commitments, and habits in your life: Who or what uplifts you? Who or what leaves you drained?

Take an honest inventory, not just of external factors but also of your own actions and behaviors.

Are there ways you might be unintentionally or intentionally detracting from others’ energy?

Own it and take accountability for it, forgive yourself and all the feelings you have experienced and take steps to release that hold over you and begin adjusting.

Behavior shifts require self-awareness, boundaries, and a willingness to move toward what truly nourishes you - and others.

It’s possible, and you can do it, and it’s ok to ask for help to achieve it. Ask a health coach for support!
