Day 7 - Nutrient Dense Meal - Empowered Well-Being

Eat One Nutrient Dense Meal

It’s Day 7, and today’s empowered well-being action is to nourish your body with a real, whole food meal designed to fuel and sustain you. Choose nutrient-dense options that support your energy, immunity, brain functioning, digestion, and overall health.

Build your plate with high-quality protein (like meat, fish, tofu, beans, or seeds) to support cellular repair.

Add fiber-rich vegetables (such as leafy greens or cruciferous options) to enhance digestion, immune function, and gut and brain health.

Include fresh fruit for antioxidants that help combat age-driving free radicals, and healthy fats (like avocado, nuts, coconut, or grass-fed butter) to promote brain, hormone, and joint health.

For an extra boost, add fermented foods like sauerkraut or kimchi to support your gut microbiome.

Skip seed oils (sunflower, canola, soybean, cottonseed, corn, sesame, grapeseed, safflower) to help your body release inflammation. Instead choose olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter.

Trust your body, listen, and notice what it needs - experiment with ways to nourish it, and find what works for you.

When you're unsure, go back to basics: whole, nutrient-rich foods grown from the earth. Find foods plucked from trees or harvested from the soil.

Small, intentional choices create the foundation for lasting health and well-being.
