Day 20 - Do One Thing You’ve been Avoiding - Empowered Well-Being

 
 

Procrastination often increases stress and mental clutter, making tasks seem more daunting over time. By addressing a challenging or avoided task first - sometimes referred to as “eating the frog” - you reduce decision fatigue, free up mental energy, and create momentum for the rest of day. It’s small steps that build progress and momentum. You can’t climb Everest in one step, but with lots of little steps, you’ll eventually reach the summit and be able to reflect on your accomplishments.

Taking action, no matter how small, is a declaration of self-trust and courage. It signals to your mind that you are capable of overcoming resistance and facing challenges head-on. Each completed task reinforces a sense of control and purpose, clearing space for creativity, confidence, and growth. Progress isn’t a giant leap; it’s the accumulation of small, intentional actions that lead to extraordinary outcomes.
